Solutions

Edge Controls specializes in SWD control systems and chose the Opto 22 groov EPIC solution based on the ability to run CODESYS and Ignition Edge on board. These key features have drastically reduced commissioning time and allow for a modular and quickly deployed system. We are also utilizing the groov RIO EMU to offer power monitoring solutions on our Variable Frequency Drives. In using this method, we have detected and addressed potential failures beforehand, mitigating downtime and increased costs of failures.

Partner Overview

We are a Permian Basin service company specializing in Automation, SCADA, Motor Controls, and Pump Systems. We provide sales and service for H-Pump and ANSI pump systems, as well as motor controls.

Our Automation division currently sells, installs, and supports the entire groov EPIC/RIO lines of products. As our business grows, we see the market shying away from costly PLCs with increasing prices for software subscriptions. Our goal is to provide something that is powerful and affordable at the same time. After plenty of deliberation, we decided the groov product line could help us achieve these goals.
