The Aquila Group, Inc. has extensive experience, over 20 years with Opto 22 products alone, to provide solutions to any problem facing your firm. As one of the largest purchasers of Opto 22 equipment in the United States (top 10 outside of distributors), we provide hundreds of solutions each year utilizing the FULL array of Opto 22 hardware, software, and accessories.

The Aquila Group, Inc. has designed and installed Opto 22 solutions in many of the world’s largest manufacturing firms, including Cutler Hammer, Siemens, Kohler, Fiat, BRP, CAT and Bobcat, just to name a handful.

At the cornerstone of our Opto 22 product line lies our Dynamic Machine Management Software suite, DMM, with the Greenlight system. The Greenlight system is a software/Hardware solution for the real-time collection of machine uptime and downtime, along with sensor historical collection for use for IoT and industry 4.0 applications.

In addition to our complete knowledge of Opto 22 offerings, including groov and Node-Red, we also are technology partners with Kepware Technology, allowing organizations to bridge the old with the new. We design and install a full complement of Opto 22 hardware to meet the needs of older and less technology-based equipment with direct OPC collection for newer devices, resulting in a complete solution that has the breadth to get the job done. Both approaches are routed into our groov solution for real-time dashboards, making for a seamless appearance to the end user.
