Solutions

Each system is custom designed and built to the specific requirements of the end user. One recent application was for a grain drying and storage facility on a large grain farm. The customer wanted a completely automated system that would monitor itself and control the flow of grain through the facility. We used a SNAP-PAC-R1 controller, with a laptop PC for the HMI.

Partner Overview

We provide custom design/build solutions for grain handling and storage facilities. The systems include automatic gates, variable speed motor drives, Soft-Start motor drives, electronic scales, various level sensors, etc. We use Opto 22 strategies to control flow of grain and monitoring for alarm conditions in these applications.
