B3000-HA

Availability: Obsolete
OBSOLETE SNAP 32-channel ARCNET Analog/Digital Brain

Production Specification

The B3000-HA is obsolete and no longer available. There is no direct replacement.

Depending on your application, you may be able to use a B3000-B brain with RS-485 instead of twisted-pair Arcnet, or you may want to migrate to the SNAP PAC System.

Please contact Opto 22 Pre-Sales engineers with details about your specific application so they can help recommend parts.

NOTE: If you already have a B3000-HA and need additional I/O, note that not all SNAP I/O modules are compatible with this brain.

See Legacy and Current Product Comparison and Compatibility Charts for compatibility information.

The B3000-HA is obsolete and no longer available.

SNAP 32-Channel ARCNET Brain Board Data Sheet

The B3000-HA is obsolete and no longer available. There is no direct replacement.

The SNAP-B3000-HA processor is used to remotely control a mix of both analog and digital I/O modules using Opto 22's SNAP B-Series I/O mounting racks.

Technical Note: Using Offset and Gain

This technical note shows you how to set offset and gain for Opto 22 analog input modules. It includes instructions for the following Opto 22 hardware:

  • groov RIO Universal I/O units, such as the GRV-R7-MM2001-10, and modules attached to groov EPIC processors, such as the GRV-EPIC-PR2
  • Modules attached to SNAP PAC controllers and brains, such as the SNAP-PAC-R1, and Ethernet-based I/O units, such as SNAP-B3000-ENET
  • Analog modules for mistic brains and bricks, such as the B3000 and B3000-HA
  • Analog cards (such as the G4AIVA) for mistic high-density analog bricks (such as the G4HDAR)
