Production Specification

Part of the groov EPIC® system, the GRV-IACHV-24 AC digital input module can sense status from up to 24 devices such as pumps, fans, and motors that use a 180–280 VAC signal. Field devices are isolated from the logic side of the module, but channels are not isolated from each other: they share a common connection inside the module. The module cover includes an LED that indicates status and a touch-sensitive pad. Touch the pad and the groov EPIC processor displays information about the module, including specifications and a wiring diagram.

The GRV-IACHV-24 module offers a full set of features, including:
  • On/off state
  • On/off latching
  • On/off totalization
  • Frequency measurement 
  • Period measurement 
  • Pulse measurement
The GRV-IACHV-24 module mounts on a groov EPIC chassis alongside a GRV-EPIC-PR1 processor and other digital, analog, and serial groov I/O modules. 

NOTE: If your project requires only on and off sensing, see the lower-cost GRV-IACHVS-24 module.

All groov I/O modules are UL/cUL listed and compliant with the ATEX, Low Voltage, and EMC CE and UKCA directives. Each module is factory tested twice before shipment and most modules are guaranteed for life.
