Production Specification

Part of the groov EPIC® system, the GRV-IDC-24 discrete DC input module can sense the on or off status for 10–30 VDC input devices such as proximity switches, push buttons, and auxiliary contacts. The module cover includes an LED that indicates status and a touch-sensitive pad. Touch the pad and the groov EPIC processor displays information about the module, including specifications and a wiring diagram.

The GRV-IDC-24 module is leakage tolerant and offers a full set of features, including:
  • On/off state
  • On/off latching
  • On/off totalization
  • Frequency measurement
  • Period measurement
  • Pulse measurement
The GRV-IDC-24 mounts on a groov EPIC® chassis with a GRV-EPIC-PR1 processor and additional discrete, analog, and serial groov I/O modules.

NOTE: For projects that require on/off status only, see the lower cost GRV-IDCS-24 instead.

All groov I/O modules are UL/cUL listed and compliant with the ATEX, Low Voltage, and EMC CE and UKCA directives. Each module is factory tested twice before shipment and most modules are guaranteed for life.
