Availability: In stock

Analog input, temperature/thermistor or resistance, 12 channels

Production Specification

Part of the groov EPIC® system, the GRV-ITR-12 module has 12 channels of analog to digital conversion that convert resistance to temperature or to Ohms.

The module is ideal for NTC thermistors commonly used in HVAC, refrigeration, and process control applications. It may also be used with PTC thermistors in resistance sensing applications. The module has 12 channels of analog to digital conversion that convert resistance to temperature or to Ohms. The module reads variable resistance type transducers, with input ranges from 500 Ohms to 400 K Ohms, plus Autorange. You can also select from predefined curves for popular thermistors, as well as create custom curves.

The module also offers  options to decrease data refresh time and step input response time. The module cover includes an LED that indicates status and a touch-sensitive pad. Touch the pad and the groov EPIC processor displays information about the module, including specifications and a wiring diagram.

The GRV-ITR-12 module mounts on a groov EPIC® chassis with a GRV-EPIC-PR1 processor and assorted discrete, analog, and serial groov I/O modules.

All groov I/O modules are UL/cUL listed and compliant with the ATEX, Low Voltage, and EMC CE and UKCA directives. Each module is factory tested twice before shipment and most modules are guaranteed for life.

Opto Products, like GRV-ITR-12, are ideal for OEMs and machine designers, process control, machine monitoring, power and energy monitoring, predictive maintenance, remote installations like water-wastewater and oil & gas, SCADA, and industrial internet of things applications.
