The SNAP-TEX-MR10-16C breakout board is designed for high-current switching of outputs through SNAP high-density digital (HDD) output modules. The board includes 16 mechanical relays, one for each point, that can switch up to 10 A per point. (Without the breakout board, SNAP HDD output modules can switch a maximum of 0.75 A per point.)

The SNAP-TEX-MR10-16C includes on/off indicators for each point, and each point can be wired for normally closed or normally open. The board requires 24 VDC power.

A header connector allows two MR10-16C breakout boards to connect to one SNAP-ODC-32-SRC 32-point digital output module using a SNAP-HD-G4F6 cable. The advantage of using this breakout board and cable with the module is that you do not have to wire them; simply snap the cable onto the top of the module and then plug the other two cable ends into the header connectors on the two boards.

NOTE: A replacement relay, the SNAP-MR10, is available.
