In groov Admin, cannot set up Wifi when connected via link-local IP address
Problem affects versions: R1.570.41 and lower
When you are trying to set up a Wifi connection for the groov Box using groov Admin, if you are connected directly to the Box using a link-local IP address (169.x.x.x) and choose to connect to a Wifi access point using DHCP, the IP address assigned to Wifi will be the same as the link-local IP address. That is, the IP address applied to ETH 0/1 is also applied to WLAN0.
A link-local IP address is usually used when a computer's Ethernet card is configured for DHCP, but it is not currently connected to a network that has a DHCP server; the IP address defaults to the link-local address.
To avoid the issue you can either configure the computer's Ethernet card for a fixed IP address, or leave the configuration set to DHCP and connect both the computer and the groov Box to a network with a DHCP server.
