groov Box cannot be reached by hostname

Symptoms:

After you add a new SSL certificate to the groov Box, or after you restore the groov Box to defaults, you cannot reach the Box using its hostname.

Workaround:

First, access the Box using its IP address. If you don't know the IP address, you can use groov Find on a Windows PC to locate it. Then upgrade the Box to groov Admin 1.570.43. For instructions on using groov find and updating groov Admin, see the groov Box User's Guide for GROOV-AR1, form 2104.
