In multi-monitor systems, Runtime doesn't always reopen main window on the monitor where it was closed

Resolved In Version:
Note: This issue affects dual and multi-monitor systems running PAC Display Runtime.
It does not affect PAC Display Configurator.
When used with dual or multi-monitor systems, PAC Display Runtime should always reopen a project's main window in its last visible position, no matter which monitor was displaying the main window when Runtime was closed. (Currently, the main window will open in the top left corner of the primary monitor if PAC Display Runtime is closed when the main window's position has a "negative coordinate," relative to the primary monitor.)
Background information: Computers use x and y coordinates to "remember" the locations of application windows and dialog boxes. In a single monitor system, the x and y coordinates are always positive numbers. But in multi-monitor systems, you can set up your display properties so that some of the monitors have negative x or y coordinates. This issue occurs when your computer's display settings use negative coordinates, and you close PAC Display Runtime when the main window's position has a negative coordinate.
