Using the same COM handle in multiple charts may cause the controller to reset

Symptoms:

If multiple charts are opening and closing the same COM handle simultaneously, one chart could close the COM handle while another chart is attempting to open it—which may cause the controller to reset.

Workaround:

Use different COM handles for each chart.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
