PAC Control R10.0a creates strategy archive files with version number "00000" in the filename

Symptoms:

When you use PAC Control R10.0a to open a strategy that was created in an lower version of PAC Control (for example, R9.5a), PAC Control R10.0a creates a strategy archive of the original strategy before updating the strategy to the new version.

However, PAC Control 10.0a incorrectly creates another strategy archive every time you open the strategy after that. File names of the "extra" archive files have "00000" where the release number would be in a normal archive file.
