Symptoms:

Dialog boxes, menus, and window elements (like buttons) might appear strange or distorted.

This issue affects the following:

Windows 7 or Windows 10
High-resolution displays or low-resolution displays
New displays or older displays
Note that for some combinations of the above items, the issue might only occur if the Windows display settings have been adjusted to show items with magnifications.
