Converting SuperTrend Historical Binary File to text results in a .bin file of file size 0

Symptoms:

If you take a PAC Display R9.5 project and open it in PAC Display R10.1, then try to convert the SuperTrend Historical Binary File, PAC Display creates a new file in the same directory as the SuperTrend Historical Binary File, but the new file will have a .bin file extension and the file size will be 0.

Resolution:
