Changing controller's string encoding doesn't take effect immediately

Resolved In Version:

1.4.0

Symptoms:

If you change the controller's string encoding, the change doesn't take effect immediately. (To change the string encoding, in Build mode, click Configure > Devices and Tags, select your controller, click Edit Device, select a different value for String Encoding, click Update Device.)

Workaround:

Restart groov View to make the changes take effect.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
