GRV-EPIC-PR1 Firmware Update Hangs

Symptoms:

If your GRV-EPIC-PR1 is currently using firmware 1.3.0 or lower, when you update firmware, groov Manage may "hang" on the "Install Update" step. In most cases, the new firmware will have installed successfully, but the initial reboot may not have completed correctly.

Workaround:

If groov Manage remains on the "Install Update" screen for more than 30 minutes, then use the groov EPIC processor touchscreen to Restart the GRV-EPIC-PR1 (Home > System > Restart).

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
