Symptoms:

While using a digital input configured for period measurement (for example, Period (One-Time) in groov Manage or Period in PAC Control), the period measurement value may be inaccurate and is low by 37.5%.

Workaround:

Since the value is always reported low, multiply the period measurement by 1.6 to correct the value.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
