SNAP-PAC-ROK system: Backup redundant controller may become unresponsive

Symptoms:

When using a SNAP PAC S-series controller in a redundant system with the SNAP PAC Redundancy Option Kit (part number SNAP-PAC-ROK), if an HMI system polls the backup controller for data from a numeric or string table at the same time the backup is trying to synchronize that table, the controller may become unresponsive, requiring the unit to be restarted.

Resolution:
