PAC Control Debug mode: View I/O Unit displays data for empty positions

Symptoms:

In PAC Control Debug mode, the View I/O Unit dialog box displays data for empty positions; the data appears in the Points Detail tab and the Points Compact tab. (Empty slots should contain no data.) This issue occurs in any strategy with serial I/O units that has been upgraded from R9.6 or earlier to R10.0, 10.1, or 10.2; it may also happen in a strategy developed in R10.0 to R10.2.

Resolution:
