Can't Communicate with PAC Controller Even Though groov Manage Shows Running

Symptoms:

You may be unable to communicate with the PAC Controller on the groov EPIC processor (for example, to download and run a strategy or connect with PAC Display), even though groov Manage shows that the PAC Controller is running. This may happen when host connections are terminated abnormally (for example, due to network connectivity issues).

Workaround:

If you are affected by this issue, you can recover by disabling and re-enabling the control engine as follows:

Log into your GRV-EPIC-PR1 with a user ID that has system-level privileges.
From the groov Manage Home page, click Controller > PAC Controller.
Click Disable to turn off the control engine.
When groov Manage indicates that the control engine is disabled, click the Enable button.
In PAC Control, download and run the strategy.
