Values for Quality May Be Incorrect or Inconsistent in Inspect Windows

Symptoms:

In PAC Control, you may observe either of the following for analog or digital channels on a groov RIO:

When you are inspecting an analog channel in both the I/O unit's inspection window and the channel's inspection window, if you change the XVAL to a value that produces a bad quality indicator, the I/O unit's inspection window shows Bad for Quality, but the channel's inspection window shows Good for Quality.
If the value of an analog channel changes to produce a bad quality indicator, the inspection windows may not change the Quality field/column from Good to Bad.
