Touchscreen stuck on power up progress screen

Symptoms:

In rare cases, after a power cycle, you may observe that the GRV-EPIC-PR1 touchscreen appears to be stuck on the screen that shows "groov EPIC" with the progress bar showing approximately 80% complete. This issue may also cause a unit to lock up while in operation. You may also observe any of the following:

STATUS LED is blinking green.
POWER LED is solid green.
The LEDs on the groov I/O modules may be red or blue.
No Ethernet communications: you cannot connect to the GRV-EPIC-PR1.

Workaround:

Power cycle the GRV-EPIC-PR1.
