Timeout error when starting a PAC Control strategy

Symptoms:

When downloading and running a strategy with groov I/O modules (especially a full groov chassis) in PAC Control, you may encounter a timeout error message while the control engine configures all the I/O channels.

Workaround:

Ignore the timeout error message, or increase the control engine Software Timeout setting from the 5000 msec default to 15000 msec or more depending on how many groov I/O modules are installed on the groov I/O unit.
