Creating new strategy allows existing strategy to be overwritten without warning

Symptoms:

With the following steps, a new strategy will erase the contents of an existing strategy without any warning:

Create a new strategy (File > New strategy) in PAC Control.
In the Create New Strategy dialog, select an existing PAC Control strategy.
Click Open. PAC Control creates a new blank strategy, effectively deleting the contents of the existing strategy.

Workaround:

Do either of these tasks to ensure you don't lose an existing strategy:

Create a new folder for the new strategy.
To make it possible to recover from overwriting an existing strategy, configure each strategy to do an automatic archive of the strategy. In PAC Control Config mode, go to File > Strategy Options. In the Archive tab, make sure that there is a check on at least one of the archive strategy options.
