Viewing the message queue may cause a PAC controller reset

Symptoms:

On rare occasions, when you try to view the PAC Control Message Queue using either PAC Control Debug mode or PAC Terminal, the PAC controller resets. When this occurs, PAC Control or PAC Terminal may return a -403 error (Internal control engine handle invalid).

Workaround:

In the PAC Control strategy, add the "Copy Current Error to String" to retrieve error information instead of using PAC Control Debug mode or PAC Terminal.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
