The “Subtype / Feature” column may not update correctly when moving groov digital I/O channel to another module

Applies To:

  • PAC Control Professional
  • PAC Control Basic

Versions Affected:

R10.4a

Resolved In Version:

R10.4b

Symptoms:

In PAC Control Configuration mode, the Subtype / Feature column of the Configure I/O Modules and Points window may not display the correct values for channel type and feature after a groov digital I/O channel is moved from one groov digital I/O module to another groov digital I/O module. (However, the channel type and feature are displayed correctly in the Edit Digital Point window.)

Workaround:

For a moved groov digital I/O channel with the incorrect values shown in the Subtype/Feature column, double-click the channel to open the Edit Digital Point window, then select OK. PAC Control updates the Subtype/Feature column in the Configure I/O Modules and Points window for that channel.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
