Nslookup with groov RIO hostname or localhost fails

4.0.0

Symptoms:

On a groov RIO, if you run the nslookup command from either groov Manage or through a shell command, you will see an error similar to the following:

Server:         192.168.0.1
Address:        192.168.0.1:53
** server can't find opto-04-87-b4: SERVFAIL
** server can't find opto-04-87-b4: SERVFAIL

Resolution:
