REST API requests with an API key created/changed since groov EPIC restart produce errors

Symptoms:

With this issue, any PAC Control REST API requests using API keys that were added or changed since the last restart of your groov EPIC or since the PAC Controller was enabled will fail with error code -104, "Invalid key ID/value in HTTP header".

Workaround:

Do one of the following:

Disable and then re-enable the PAC Controller.
1. From the groov Manage Home page, click Controller > PAC Controller.
2. In the Controller section, click Disable. Wait for the Status field to show Disabled (in red).
3. Click Enable.
4. Click Yes on the confirmation message. When the Status field shows Running (in green), you can resume running your strategy.
Cycle power to your groov EPIC.
