Symptoms:

You may have this issue if you observe the following:

No Ethernet communication with your groov EPIC. For example, you can't connect to it from your browser.
No response from the groov EPIC's touch screen.
The LEDs on the I/O modules are red in any of the following combinations:
- All modules are red.
- Only "simple" modules are red. ("Simple" modules have part numbers whose last alphabetic character is "S".)
- Only "full-featured" modules are red. (Full-featured modules have part numbers whose last alphabetic character is any letter other than "S".)

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
