Cannot disable SNMP port on SNAP-B3000-ENET

Disabling the SNMP port on a SNAP-B3000-ENET by setting the port to 0 doesn’t work; the port returns to 161 after reboot.
- Inspect the brain with PAC Manager.
- Navigate to Communications > SNMP.
- Set Community 0 - Read to "No." Do the same for all other "Community" entries.
- Set Community 0 - Write to "No." Do the same for all other "Community" entries.
- Navigate to the Status Write page.
- Select "Store configuration to flash."
- Click Send Command.
- Select "Restart Device from powerup."
- Click Send Command.
