Resolved In Version:
For groov EPICs: 4.0.3
For groov RIOs: 4.0.3

Symptoms:
After an I/O unit boots up or restarts, any I/O configurations stored in persistent memory are restored. If a TPO is restored, the TPO should not start controlling the digital output, but with this issue, it may.
Workaround:
Disable TPOs (by turning off the digital output or setting the TPO Percent to 0) before storing I/O configuration to persistent memory.
Resolution:
Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
