PAC Controller does not create all subdirectories on remote FTP server

Symptoms:

In a PAC Control communication handle to a remote FTP server, when you specify a file name that contains a path with several nested directories that do not exist on the remote FTP server, the controller should create them. However, with this issue, the controller does not create the last directory listed in the path. For example, if the file name is: /dir1/dir2/dir3/myfile.txt and none of the directories and subdirectories exist, the controller creates dir1 and dir2, but it does not create dir3.

Workaround:

On the remote FTP server, manually create the subdirectories before running the PAC Control strategy.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
