Importing a chart containing legacy I/O into a strategy not enabled with Legacy options may hang PAC Control

Symptoms:

When attempting to import a chart that contains legacy I/O units into a strategy that is not enabled with Legacy options, PAC Control may hang.

Workaround:

Before importing the chart, perform the following:

Open the strategy in PAC Control.
In Configure mode, select File > Strategy Options.
On the Legacy tab, enable all options by clicking Enable for each.
Click OK and save the strategy (File > Save Strategy).
Import the chart.
