Symptoms:

When calibrating analog channels on groov I/O or groov RIO modules using the Calculate & Set Analog Offset and Calculate & Set Analog Gain PAC Control strategy commands, the commands return a value of 0.0 instead of the required value.

Workaround:

To calibrate the offset and gain for groov I/O and groov RIO analog channels:

Use groov Manage for groov EPIC processors and groov RIO modules.
Use PAC Manager for SNAP PAC controllers.

Resolution:

Opto 22 is investigating this issue.
