“Loading…” screen does not refresh after restart completes

Symptoms:

After a firmware update, you may see a page in your browser that says “Loading EPIC device…” (for EPICs) or “Loading RIO device…” (for RIOs), with the message The device configuration is being restored. Please wait a moment for this process to finish. After the EPIC or RIO finishes the process, it should refresh this page and display the login page. With this issue, it does not refresh the page.

Workaround:

Refresh the browser or tab to check if the update (and restart) has finished.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
