Autorun buttons grayed out on control engine Status dialog box in PAC Control or PAC Terminal

Symptoms:

When inspecting a control engine in PAC Terminal or Debug mode in PAC Control, the Autorun buttons in the Inspect dialog box may be grayed out and not clickable if the controller is running SNAP PAC firmware R10.6b and lower.

Workaround:

Upgrade the controller firmware to R10.7a. If this is not possible for your system, downgrade the PAC Control or PAC Terminal software to version R10.6b or lower.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
