PAC Display may not start after reporting MSVCR120.dll error

Symptoms:

When attempting to start PAC Display, you may encounter the following error message, and PAC Display may fail to start:

"The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR120.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

Reinstalling PAC Display does not resolve the error.

Workaround:

On the computer that has PAC Display installed, manually download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable file from the Microsoft website.

Once installed, relaunch PAC Display.

Resolution:
