If OPC-UA Server Unavailable, Updating Static Tags and Switching to groov View May Cause Freeze

Symptoms:

In Build mode of groov View, if an OPC-UA server is invalid or unreachable and you try to update static tags, groov View will be unable to update them. If you cancel the update and then switch to View mode, groov View appears to freeze while loading pages.

Workaround:

Wait for the server to attempt to access the tags (may take a few minutes), then refresh the page.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
