Attempting to upload 20 MB or larger files to GRV-EPIC-PR1 will fail without error

Symptoms:

When you try to upload a file that is 20 MB or larger to the secure or unsecured area of a GRV-EPIC-PR1 using groov Manage (System > Files), the file upload will fail without error. File uploads are limited to files that are 20 MB or smaller. Attempts to upload larger files should result in an error.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
