groov module LED stay violet when module firmware update fails

Symptoms:

When you update firmware on any of the listed modules, but you upload an incorrect file (for example, you try to upload the firmware file for a GRV-IAC-24 module to a GRV-IACI-12 module), groov Manage displays an error message, but the module does not automatically recover.

Workaround:

You can do either of the following:

After you clear the error message in groov Manage, upload the correct firmware file. The module LED will clear and return to normal after the firmware update is a success.
Remove, then remount the module. Retry the module firmware update with the correct file.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
