Can't assign certain system tags to some gadget types

1.3.0 to current for GRV-EPIC-PR1
4.1a to current for all others

Resolved In Version:

1.3.1 to current for GRV-EPIC-PR1
4.1b to current for all others

Symptoms:

In groov View Build mode, within the System device, when you try to add the groov/Heap Usage (MB), groov/ groov CPU Usage (%), or Operating System/System CPU Usage (%) tags to any of the following gadgets, groov View doesn't let you, even though it should:

Level Indicators
Round Gauges
Range Indicators
Trends
