Access Denied error when logging in with groov EPIC Shell password that starts with @ symbol

Symptoms:

If you created a groov EPIC Shell account with a password that starts with the @ symbol, when you attempt to login, you'll get an "Access denied" error.

Workaround:

If you created a groov EPIC shell password that starts with the @ symbol, recover with one of these methods:

Perform a GRV-EPIC-PR1 firmware update to any firmware version (even the same firmware version). Reapply your shell license to recreate a groov EPIC shell user ID and password that doesn't start with the @ symbol.
Perform a "Restore to factory defaults" operation by pressing the RESET button on the GRV-EPIC-PR1. This resets the processor to factory defaults. Reapply your shell license to recreate a groov EPIC shell user ID and password that doesn't start with the @ symbol.

If you have not created a groov EPIC shell password, don't start with the @ symbol when you do create one.
