Generic MMP Page Does not Flag Invalid Hexadecimal Value and Displays Empty Error Messages

Symptoms:

In the groov Manage Generic MMP page, if you select Hexadecimal as the Format, then enter an invalid value (a value that does not fit within the selected data type's range), groov Manage will very likely not show an "Invalid value" error. When you click Apply, groov Manage displays a message box that only says "Error".

Workaround:

Double-check the validity of your hexadecimal value before entering it.

Resolution:
