PAC Display Configurator fails to properly load .cdb files and tags

Symptoms:

When attempting to load an OptoControl strategy database file (.cdb), you may encounter two error messages: “Unable to Load Board Objects” and “The selected Tag no longer exists.”

Workaround:

Use PAC Display 10.2 or lower, which is available on the Opto 22 FTP site. If you have difficulty accessing our FTP site, contact our Product Support Group at support@opto22.com or +1-951-695-3080.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue and will include the fix in an upcoming release.
