Upgrading a groov View project to R4.4 may result in 503 HTTP error

GROOV-AR1, GROOV-AR1-BASE, GROOV-AR1-SNAP

Versions Affected:

GRV-EPIC-PR1, GRV-EPIC-PR2: 3.4.0 to 3.4.5
All others: R4.4a to 4.4c

Resolved In Version:

GRV-EPIC-PR1, GRV-EPIC-PR2: 3.5.0
All others: R4.5a

Symptoms:

On rare occasions, upgrading a groov View project to version 4.4 of groov View may result in an HTTP ERROR 503 Service Unavailable error.

Workaround:

This issue is caused when a NaN is stored in a tag. If you have a backup of the project, find the tag with a NaN and write a valid value into it.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
