PID output may not be set to forced output value

Symptoms:

Under the following circumstances, a PID output may not be set to the value specified in the "Force output when input goes out of range" field:

The input matches the Out Of Range Value (16-bit) on the PAC Manager Status Write page.
Note: The default value for the Out of Range Value is -32768.
The Max Change value must be non-zero
The current PID output value must be greater than the sum of the "Max Change" and forced output values

Workaround:

Add a chart that monitors the PID's input and output values, then switches the PID to manual mode and sets its output to one of the "force" values.

Resolution:
