groov EPIC power supply information appears incorrectly in groov Manage

Symptoms:

When examining a groov EPIC power supply with a valid serial number in groov Manage (Info and Help > About), you may be provided the following incorrect information:

Part name: Unknown Model
Design Revision: 0/0/0000

The same power supply information may also be incorrect in the Support Download file (Info and Help > Support Download).

Workaround:

To get the power supply information, contact our Product Support Group at support@opto22.com or +1-951-695-3080 and provide the serial number of the power supply.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue and will include the fix in an upcoming release.
